This article informs about the important principles of the state and management in “Kutadgu bilig”. In this article readers can get the information about how to control the Government with justice and taken into consideration the religious point of view. In addition, the attitudes and actions of citizens towards social events and their concerns in all areas of social life are included in the concept of policy.
