Psychological Adaptation of Young Specialists in Educational Institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The analysis of the results of the study has shown that young professionals in the process of psychological adaptation experience a large number of problems including both the process of entering a new social environment for them and overcoming the so-called imbalance between internal expectations and a new social situation. Psychological adaptation of young specialists in educational institutions is an objective necessity.
